Hi!
Well, I have a doubt about a system (RBD) that I tried to put on block sim. It looks like the diagram below:
_____1______________4______
/ | \
- 3 -
\_____2_______|______5______/
It has 2 paths (1 and 2) and each one has 2 paths: or goes straight (4 and 5) or goes to 3 and goes to other line (4 and 5). Then, the system goes to the end. The main problem happens when block sim calculates the reliability. The paths that pass in 3 are conditionals, i.e., when the system passes in 1 and then in 3, it must pass in 5 (not in 4, it can't return to the first line). I think that the program adds the path 1-3-4 and 2-3-5, but these paths aren't allowed in the diagram that I want to calculate.
What should I do? I already tried to put mirrored blocks, but it doesn't work!!! Please, help me!
